Position: Pastoral Mentor
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary with potential for permanent
About the Role:
As a Pastoral Mentor, you will:
- Provide emotional and social support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
- Work closely with students, parents, and staff to develop individualized support plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school environment.
- Monitor and report on students’ progress, well-being, and development.
- Implement strategies to improve attendance, behavior, and engagement in school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
