About the Role:

As a Pastoral Mentor, you will:

• Provide emotional and social support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
• Work closely with students, parents, and staff to develop individualized support plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school environment.
• Monitor and report on students’ progress, well-being, and development.
• Implement strategies to improve attendance, behavior, and engagement in school.
