Job Role - Pastoral Manager

Location - Bartley Green, Birmingham (B32)

Pay rate - £100 - £120 per day (dependent on expereince)

Hours - Full time, Monday to Friday

Do you have previous Pastoral/Behaviour assistant experience working with teenagers, or children who sometimes display challenging behaviours?

Do you have experience supporting behaviour within a Secondary School? Our partnered ofsted rated 'good' school in birmingham are currently seeking to appoint a confident pastoral manager to work with students on a full time basis.

Working as a pastoral manager within this mixed comprehensive secondary school in Birmingham, you will be expected to have experience supporting students with additional learning needs, and challenging behaviour across KS3 and KS4.

This position is initially being offered on a full-time temporary basis, with longer term prospects for the appointed pastoral manager. You will be fully supported by the school and the Pastoral Lead within this position and will work directly with the team to assist those students’ needing assistance.

Both experienced Pastoral support assistants, and graduates (Cover Supervisors/Teaching Assistants) who have worked within secondary school settings are welcome to apply for this position.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
