Position: Pastoral Teaching Assistant
Location: Walsall
Salary: £420/£450 (per week)
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and pastoral support to students.
- Help students overcome barriers to learning.
- Create a positive, nurturing environment for all students.
- Support students with their social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to prioritize student well-being.
Requirements:
- A degree in any field (relevant experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for student welfare.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy school environment.
- Some experience working in a school or with young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
