Hours: Part-time, flexible (around your university schedule)
Pay: £12.90 an hour

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working in local primary schools, supporting teachers and helping children with their learning. Whether it's assisting with classroom activities, one-on-one support, or helping to manage small groups, your role will be vital in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom preparation and activities
• Support students with their learning, both in groups and individually
• Help with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment
• Contribute to creating a welcoming, fun, and supportive atmosphere for pupils
• Work closely with school staff to ensure the smooth running of the day

What We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiastic, positive, and patient individuals
• Ability to communicate well with children and staff
• No formal teaching qualifications required, but experience interacting with children is required (personal or professional)
• Fluent Welsh speakers
• Reliable and punctual
