Pupil Referral Unit

Starting in Jan 2025, Full time. 

Pay: £12.90 per hour

Location: Swansea 

An exciting opportunity to join a pupil referral unit in Swansea, working as an outdoor teaching assistant. 

You will work with KS1 - KS4 learners, who all present challenging behaviour. 

 Your role will include: 

Assisting teaching them a range of outdoor skills, including gardening, cycling, walking, bushcraft, outdoor cooking, shelter building. Often go on several off-site visits. Also helping to maintain the outdoor area to make a better environment for the kids to work in.

Requirements 

GCSE'S Minimum 

DBS Enhanced Cert - you can do this with our help

EWC - you can do this with our help

Previous outdoor experience 

Previous behaviour experience (preferred)
