We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our team. With a growing demand from nursery schools for both permanent and short-term placements, we need skilled individuals to meet the needs of this exciting and rewarding sector.

Qualification Required
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
Key responsibilities
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Observe, monitor, and assess children’s progress, documenting their achievements and developmental milestones.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families, ensuring open and effective communication.
- Support children’s emotional well-being, offering comfort, encouragement, and reassurance when needed.
- Provide personal care tailored to the needs of each setting and age group.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and welcoming learning environment.
- Ensure all safeguarding practices are understood and implemented effectively.
- Actively contribute to fostering an inclusive and positive atmosphere for all children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
