Position: Supply Nursery Staff
Location: Day Nurseries in Fordingbridge, SP6 Area
Agency: Teaching Personnel

About the Role:
We provide high-quality supply staff to day nurseries catering for children from 3 months to school age. As a supply worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, helping to cover staff absences and providing support where needed. This role is perfect for those looking for flexible working hours, whether you are an experienced early years practitioner or someone looking to gain more experience in this rewarding sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to children aged 3 months to pre-school.
- Assist with daily routines.
- Engage children in educational and creative play activities.
- Follow nursery policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
- Communicate effectively with nursery staff, parents, and carers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young children is preferred but not essential.
- A passion for working with early years children.
- A flexible and positive attitude towards work.
- Good communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one through Teaching Personnel).
- Relevant qualifications in childcare (e.g., Level 2/3 in Childcare) are desirable but not mandatory.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
