Role: EYFS Practitioner
Start: 19/08/24
Pay: £12.90 per hour
Hours: 8am - 6pm (full day) / 8am - 1pm / 1pm - 6pm (half-days)

A highly regarded private nursery in Southport is committed to providing exceptional early years education in a warm and nurturing environment. They are seeking a number of Early Years practitioners to work on a flexible basis at the nursery.
Job Description:
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join their team. The successful candidate will have a passion for early childhood development and be committed to creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and record children’s progress, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NVQ Level 2 in Childcare or equivalent (and above).
- Experience working with young children in a nursery setting.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A warm, patient, and nurturing approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
