Are you a passionate and fully qualified Music Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire secondary school students? Teaching Personnel is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join a vibrant secondary school in the Wirral area, starting in January 2025.

The Role

As a Music Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.
  • Develop students' creativity and musical abilities through practical and theoretical instruction.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum.
  • Foster a positive learning environment and promote students' love for music.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the music department's offerings.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have a degree or equivalent qualification in Music or a related field.
  • Possess an enhanced DBS check on the update service (or be willing to obtain one).
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to student success.
  • Be available to start in January 2025.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
