Position: Music Teacher
Location: Exmouth, Devon
Start Date: Immediate/As Soon As Possible
Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic music lessons to students across various age groups.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and musical expression.
- Prepare students for performances, exams, and other musical events.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to support student development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Strong knowledge of music theory, instruments, and vocal techniques.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A passion for music and a desire to share this with students.
- Previous experience teaching music is desirable, but we welcome applications from newly qualified teachers as well.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
