Teaching Personnel are keen to find a Modern Foreign Languages Teacher for a 11-16 Academy based within Poole. This school is a highly successful academy which is able to offer a comprehensive curriculum which offers extensive support throughout for it’s students. This school are looking to find a talented MFL teacher who has the ability to teach high level French and Spanish as the majority. The academy’s curriculum offers its main language as French but also offers Spanish up until KS4 as they’ve had a high demand to keep it as one of the GCSE languages.
The post is open to both Early Career Teachers and more experienced teachers with the potential ambition to develop into a Curriculum Leader for MFL. Current Curriculum Leaders are welcome to apply. If you aren’t currently a teacher but experienced within these languages, we would still love for you to apply as we have many opportunities as teaching assistants and cover supervisors within languages.
You must be willing to use a range of teaching strategies to inspire and motivate our students, including an interest and developing competence in the use of online technology to support students in language learning. This role is for someone who is willing to enrich the curriculum with their knowledge, passion and experience.
The start date would be the new academic year, September 2024 and this would be on a full time basis although we would consider a job share if applicable. So if you all looking for your next role that will enable you to share the passion of languages, this might be for you!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
