Research has shown that just 12 hours of tutoring can lead to the equivalent of 3 months of additional progress for a student. As such, there is a growing demand for tutors to work with pupils from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
We are currently seeking tutors in the Milton Keynes area, where there is a significant need for support. Our students range from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through GCSE and A-levels in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science. Additionally, we have students who require assistance with life skills and transitioning back into a routine.
Tuition may be required for various reasons, including:
- Looked after children.
- Relocation
- Special Educational Needs (SEN) / Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- General improvement in grades
Tutoring opportunities can vary from 1 to 15 hours per week per student, offering you flexibility to work part-time or full-time while managing your own schedule.

- Online classroom platform- to enable you to deliver online tuition to students in a virtual environment. This platform offers all the tools you will require to deliver online tuition and is recorded for safeguarding purposes and for revision purposes.
- Hourly rate of £25- £30 which is paid weekly.
- Access to free safeguarding and CPD courses as well as free access to assessment tools and resources.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
