Teaching Personnel Birmingham are working in close partnership with a school in Solihull to recruit a qualified and passionate MFL teacher. The successful candidate will have QTS, have experience teaching MFL in mainstream secondary schools and have strong behaviour management.

Location: Solihull

Rate of pay: To scale

Hours: Full Time (to start in January)

Person Specification:

- QTS (qualified teacher status)

- Fluent in 2 or more languages 

- Excellent subject knowledge of MFL secondary curriculum

- Understanding of the various needs within a class

- Previous experience teaching MFL in a UK secondary school

Job Role/Reponsibilities:

- Plan and deliver exciting MFL lessons to Years 7-11

- Assess pupils learning and development on a regular basis, monitoring progress consistently

- Provide students with timely and informative feedback

- Collaborate with colleagues in the MFL department

- Contribute to wider school community through engagement in extra curricular activities
