Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising MFL classes (French, Spanish, or other languages) when teachers are absent, ensuring students stay focused and complete set tasks.
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Supporting students with language work, helping them understand and engage with the material.
• Working closely with the MFL department to ensure lesson continuity and smooth transitions.
• Building relationships with students to inspire interest in foreign languages and cultures.

Ideal Candidate:

• A recent graduate with a degree in French, Spanish, or any Modern Foreign Languages.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Confidence in managing a classroom and maintaining behaviour standards.
• Passion for languages and a desire to make an impact in the classroom.
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
