We are currently recruiting for two full-time teaching assistants/mental health support teaching assistant to support small groups of pupils in and outside of class. You will be supported by leadership and the class teacher throughout and provided with on-the-job training as well as access to training through our CPD academy. Students will learn life skills as well have support provided for their welfare and academic achievement. Because of this, a minimum of GCSE C or above for maths and English is required (or the equivalent).

• Redruth location - easily commutable by car or public transport. Parking on site
• £419-£430 per week, this is paid weekly.
• Full-time role to go permanent after an initial settling in period
• ASAP start
• Free CPD training available with Teaching Personnel
• Primary & Secondary roles available
• Outdoor learning is a key part of the provisions curriculum
• Working 1:1 and in small groups
• Must have your own form of transport
