Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location:
Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Wakefield
Job Type:
Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

£13.00 - £16.00 Per hour
Job Duties:
1. Support the teacher in delivering educational activities and lessons
2. Assist with classroom management and student behaviour
3. Provide one-to-one support for students who require additional help
4. Help create educational materials and resources
5. Supervise students during breaks and outdoor activities
Required Qualifications:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Enhanced DBS check
- First Aid certification (desirable)
Education:
GCSEs in English and Maths
Experience:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of educational principles and practises
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Patience and empathy when working with students
Preferred Qualifications:
- Safeguarding training
- Teaching Assistant Level 4 qualification
Working Conditions:
- Work in a classroom setting
- Full-Time hours, temporary position
- Interaction with students, teachers, and parents
- Possibility of occasional outdoor supervision duties

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
