Job Title: Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Job Duties:
- Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering lessons
- Assisting with the preparation of learning materials
- Helping to create a positive learning environment for students
- Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs
- Supervising students during class activities and break times
Required Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS check
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience working in a school or educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development and learning processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Patience and empathy towards students
Preferred Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
- First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
- Work in a school environment
- Full-time hours with occasional overtime
- Interacting with students, teachers, and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
