Level 2 Teaching Assistant
Location: Colne
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Full-Time)
Are you passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives? We are seeking a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Colne. This full-time, temporary position involves working closely with pupils who are looked after and have additional needs, providing essential support to help them thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with additional needs in the classroom and during individual learning sessions.
- Assist with lesson preparation and classroom management.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver tailored support.
- Provide emotional and social support to children who are looked after.
Requirements:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working with children with additional needs or in care settings is desirable.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a commitment to nurturing every child’s potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
