Teaching Personnel, a leading education recruitment agency, are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants for day-to-day supply roles across SEN schools in Hull
Position: Flexible Learning Support Assistant (Day-to-Day Supply)
Location: Hull
Type: Temporary, Flexible
Salary: £95 per day

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to students with a variety of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and other learning disabilities.
- Assist teachers in creating and maintaining an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
- Adapt to different school settings and student needs, offering tailored support as required.
- Foster positive relationships with students, helping them to build confidence and achieve their potential.
- Manage challenging behaviour with patience and professionalism.
- Support students with personal care, mobility, and other daily activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN is highly desirable.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school environments.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with special needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications in special education or a related field are advantageous.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
