Learning Support Assistant (Level 2)
Location: Wigan
Job Type: Permanent / Term Time
Salary: £17,366 - £17,949 Per Annum

Teaching Personnel are excited to be working with an outstanding secondary school in Wigan, the school are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join there team.

Qualifications
- NVQ 2 or evidence of the equivalent QCF credit value, or equivalent qualification, or experience in teaching assistance
- Training in the relevant learning strategies, e.g. literacy
- Requirement to complete DfES Teacher Assistant Induction Programme
- Basic First Aid training/training in specific medical procedures (willingness to undertake training if not already qualified)
Location
This school is based in Wigan, close to local motorway routes and close to public transport. Parking will be available on site.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
