Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire
Location: Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire
Pay: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)

About the Role:
- Provide tailored support to students, ensuring they engage in classroom activities.
- Assist students with learning challenges or additional needs.
- Work closely with teachers and school staff to foster a positive learning environment.
- Support the personal and social development of students, helping to build confidence and independence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a classroom or learning support role is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with young people.
- Full-time availability during term time (Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
