We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistante and Teaching Assistants to work in our secondary schools in Hythe and surrounding areas.
Teaching Personnel provide schools with short term cover as well as permanent members of staff who have the right attitude and willingness to support pupils of all ages. Working with us gives you the opportunity to have a flexible work approach, as well as the opportunity to develop your skills and further your career in education.
You don’t necessarily need experience to be a teaching assistant however experience working with children is highly desirable. To be considered you must be happy to apply for a child only DBS if you don’t already have one on the update service.
Start date: September 2024

£80-100 a day
What we are looking for:
- Confident, self-motivated, and professional applicants with a passion for education
- Behaviour management skills
- Experience working with children in a classroom or similar environment
- Applicants who are reliable, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile

A successful candidates will have a desire to support pupils to reach their full potential as well as, relevant experience working with children, ideally in a Secondary setting. Possess good communication skills, excellent literacy, and numeracy skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
