About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real difference? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic LSA to join our team at a school in Mildenhall.
In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. You will work closely with individual students, providing them with the additional support they need to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities.
- Work with individual students on specific learning objectives.
- Provide encouragement and positive reinforcement to help students build confidence.
- Help maintain a calm and organized learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents/carers, and other members of the school community.
About You
- You have a genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are patient, understanding, and have a positive attitude.
- You are a team player and can work collaboratively with others.
- While not essential, experience working in a school environment would be beneficial.
