Learning Support Assistant
Job description
Teaching Personnel are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and resilient SEN teaching assistant/ Learning support assistant to work in a school in central Manchester
Within this role you will be working both 1:1 and on a group basis with children with a range of different needs, you will be working alongside the SENCO and school teacher supporting the pupils and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment to help the pupils flourish and thrive
About the role:
- Full time role
- Starting ASAP
- Help ensure the needs of the child are met
- Helping manage challenging behaviour in the classroom
About you
- Patient, empathetic and a passion for working with children with a variety of needs
- Ability to provide tailored support
- Ability to foster positive relationships with pupils
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
