About the Role:

• Position: Learning Support Assistant
• Location: Horsham
• School Type: SEN School for secondary pupils
• Salary: £21,020 - £22,751 per year, paid 52 weeks per year
• Hours:
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 - 16:30
• Wednesday: 8:30 - 17:00
• Friday: 8:30 - 16:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to secondary pupils to help them achieve their GCSEs
• Assist students in discovering their passions in a range of subjects and activities
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Implement individualized learning plans and support students' social and emotional development
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and independence
