About the Role:

• Start Date: January 2024
• Contract: Full-time or part-time (flexible options available)
• Pay Rate: £85–£110 per day (dependent on experience)
• Work closely with teachers to support students with their academic and personal development.
• Assist students with additional needs, providing one-to-one or small group support to enhance their learning.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support with classroom management and provide encouragement to keep students engaged.
• Contribute to the implementation of personalised learning plans and ensure all students can access the curriculum effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational or care setting.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students’ needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside teachers and other staff.
• A commitment to promoting inclusion and helping students overcome barriers to learning.
• Experience with SEN (Special Educational Needs) support is desirable but not essential.
