Learning Support Assistant 

Location: Farnham

Job type: full-time, part-time and flexible working

Pay: £83 to £90 per-day

We are currently working on behalf of our schools across Farnham and surrounding areas to find amazing Learning Support Assistants to work within Primary, Secondary and SEN/SEMH specialists settings. 

Successful candidates will be supporting students across all Key Stages, provide a care and support to all pupils, and assisting the teacher with organising work and the classroom.

We pride ourselves on the quality of teachers and support staff we provide, and are able to give you the opportunity to grow through various free or discounted courses available on our CPD Academy, as well as gaining valuable experience within the classroom. What will I be doing?

  • Guiding our exceptional students through their individualised learning plans
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive environment within our classrooms
  • Collaborating with a team of fellow education enthusiasts
  • Keeping track of student progress and celebrating their victories

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
