Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:
- Student Support: Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum.
- Individual Plans: Implement and adapt individual learning plans for students, in collaboration with teachers and specialists.
- Positive Reinforcement: Encourage and motivate students to achieve their personal best.
- Inclusive Environment: Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all students feel valued and supported.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and report on student progress, identifying areas for further support and development.
Requirements:
✅ Previous experience in a similar role or working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is advantageous
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
✅ Commitment to supporting students' individual needs
✅ Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
