What We’re Looking For:

• Position: Full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
• Location: Horsham
• Start Date: ASAP
• Salary: £21,020 - £22,000 (paid 52 weeks per year)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Assist teachers in delivering lessons that meet the individual needs of students
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Encourage social interaction, communication, and engagement within the classroom and beyond
• Offer emotional support and build trust-based relationships with students

What You Need:

• Enthusiasm and passion for supporting young people with special educational needs
• A proactive, energetic approach to working in a classroom environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a similar role or in supporting individuals with ASC (desirable but not essential)
• A commitment to promoting the well-being and development of all students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
