The Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience of working in a school setting.
- A Teaching Assistant qualification is desired but not essential.
- Is energetic, enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated.
- Is organised and able to use their own initiative.
- Works well as part of a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is comfortable supporting pupils with SEN and behavioral needs.
- Goes above and beyond to support the learning and well-being of pupils.
About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work in higher Key Stage 2 for one of our partnership schools located in WN2. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide general classroom support wherever needed, including small group interventions and one-to-one support. This role is required immediately and will run through to the end of the academic year, with the potential to continue into September for the right candidate.

- A medium-sized primary school with approximately 300 pupils.
- Above-average percentage of pupils with SEN and EAL needs.
- Part of a Multi-Academy Trust with excellent facilities and resources.
- Ofsted-rated ‘GOOD’ (2020).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
