Job Title: KS2 Teacher - Maternity Cover
Location:
North West England, Merseyside, Liverpool, L6
Salary:
£120 - £223.62 Per day
Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons for Key Stage 2 students
- Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing feedback to parents and stakeholders
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and student outcomes
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of Key Stage 2 curriculum and educational best practises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) or English as a Second Language (ESL)
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school environment, following the academic calendar and timetable. It may require occasional participation in extracurricular activities or events outside regular school hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
