An Ofsted rated GOOD primary school located in Hackney is seeking a dedicated and passionate KS2 Teacher to join their permanent staff list from January 2025. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in line with the National Curriculum for KS2.
- Plan and implement engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Assess, track, and report on pupil progress to ensure continuous improvement.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages independent learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to support students’ learning and development.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events to contribute to the school's ongoing success.
Requirements:
- A relevant teaching qualification (QTS) and a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
- Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within KS2.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to a range of learning styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- A creative approach to problem-solving and a willingness to embrace new teaching methodologies.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and a passion for working with children.
- Experience with educational technology and innovative teaching practices.
