Contract: Part-time (hours to be discussed)

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Intervention Teacher to join our team at a School in Burnley (BB10) from January 2025. In this role, you will provide targeted interventions across Key Stage 2 to support pupils in English and Maths, helping them prepare for their 2025 SATs.
Working closely with class teachers, you will lead small group sessions, identify learning gaps, and deliver engaging lessons that ensure progress and boost pupil confidence. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in students' educational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver tailored interventions in core subjects (English and Maths).
- Collaborate with class teachers to identify pupils needing additional support.
- Track and assess pupil progress, adapting interventions as needed.
- Provide regular feedback to teachers, pupils, and parents on pupil performance.
- Prepare students for SATs by strengthening their knowledge, skills, and confidence.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 2.
- A solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum and SATs preparation.
- Previous experience in delivering effective, targeted interventions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
