Position: Full-Time Year 3 Teacher
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic primary school teacher looking for an exciting new role? Our client, a highly regarded primary school in Blackburn, is seeking a passionate Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis starting this September.
About the Role:
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic school community. As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the educational and social development of your students, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters a love of learning.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to promote the holistic development of each child.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching within the primary sector, preferably with Key Stage 2 experience.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
