Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Key Stage 1 Teacher with QTS to join our passionate team. This full-time role involves teaching and inspiring young learners, fostering their academic development, and nurturing their curiosity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of KS1 students, ensuring academic progress and holistic development.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and positive behavior.
- Assess student progress regularly and adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support students' overall development.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and contribute to assessments and reports.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 1 students.
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies to engage and motivate young learners.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Passionate about education, with a creative and dynamic approach to teaching.
