Job Title: KS1 ECT

Location:

£130 - £150 Per day

Job Duties:

1. Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons for Key Stage 1 students.

2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to promote learning.

3. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and teaching strategies.

4. Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

5. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student performance and progress.

Required Qualifications:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

2. Experience working with Key Stage 1 students.

3. Knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment procedures.

4. Strong behaviour management skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.

Experience:

Previous experience teaching Key Stage 1 students.

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.

3. Strong organisational and time management skills.

4. Proficiency in using educational technology in the classroom.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).

Working Conditions:

1. Full-time hours, temporary position.

2. Classroom-based teaching in a primary school setting.

3. Collaboration with colleagues and parents to support student learning.

4. Adherence to school policies and procedures.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
