Classroom Support Staff – Key Stage 1 & 2

An exciting opportunity awaits at our vibrant, Outstanding school in the Littlehampton area! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a General Classroom Support across Key Stage 1 and 2.

Are you passionate about helping children achieve their targets? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

Position Details:

  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 3.30 pm
  • Pay: Competitive rates, £83.95 - £90 per day
  • Start Date: December 2nd
  • Contract: Temporary with potential for a permanent position

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day tasks in the classroom.
  • Work with the class teacher to create a positive and harmonious learning environment.
  • Provide targeted support, working 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 with pupils identified as needing additional assistance.
  • Recognize learning gaps and report back to the class teacher.

About You:

  • Experience in an educational setting and relevant qualifications are desired.
  • Passionate about helping children meet their individual goals.
  • Collaborative and a strong team player.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
