Head of Computer Science

Are you a passionate and experienced Computer Science teacher looking for a leadership opportunity?
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Computer Science to join our team in Inner London. This is an exciting role for a dedicated educator who is committed to providing exceptional learning experiences for students.

As the Head of Computer Science, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Computer Science department.
- Implement and deliver engaging and effective curriculum.
- Mentor and support a team of talented Computer Science teachers.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the school to promote a culture of innovation and creativity.
- Play a key role in shaping the school's IT strategy by sitting on the school's IT steering group alongside the Headteacher, Trust directors, and Deputy Head.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience as a successful Computer Science teacher
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for teaching and learning
