Job Title: ICT Teacher

Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, High Wycombe

Job Type: Contract, Full-Time

Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: £180 - £220 Per day

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging ICT lessons to students
  • Plan and prepare ICT curriculum in line with educational standards
  • Assess and evaluate student progress
  • Provide feedback and support to students to aid their learning
  • Implement ICT resources and technology in teaching
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the ICT department

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in ICT or related field
  • Experience in teaching ICT at secondary level

Education:

Bachelor's degree in ICT or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years teaching ICT at secondary level

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ICT curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Proficient in using ICT resources in teaching

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Experience in delivering online learning

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with regular school hours
  • Classroom-based teaching with ICT facilities
  • Collaborative working environment with fellow teachers and staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
