ICT Teacher required on a permanent basis for SEMH school in Barnstaple

Are you looking for a new ICT teaching position for this academic year?

One of our client SEMH schools in the Barnstaple area of North Devon are looking to appoint an ICT Teacher as soon as possible. This will be on a full time, permanent basis and the successful educator will be salaried directly through the school.

Role: ICT Teacher

Location: Barnstaple, North Devon

Start: ASAP

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £24,420 - £39,300 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience

The school is a small independent special school located in the Roundswell area of Barnstaple, with class sizes of roughly 2 to 5 pupils. They are looking to appoint either a qualified ICT/Computng teacher, or an individual with experience tutoring or teaching ICT/Computing within an SEN/SEMH environment.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS/PGCE) preferred but other recognised teaching qualification considered

Experience of teaching to secondary class/group

Ability to prepare and deliver appropriate curriculum using a range of teaching styles and methodologies.

Experience within an SEN setting an advantage

Clean Driving License (with 2 years experience)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
