Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Lincoln

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join primary schools in Lincoln. This full-time role involves supporting children aged 5-11, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), covering classes, and leading small-group interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and engaging students.
• Cover classes during teacher PPA time.
• Lead intervention sessions for small groups.
• Work with SEN students to support their progress.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.

Requirements:

• Level 4 or HLTA qualification.
• Experience working with children aged 5-11, especially those with SEN.
• Confident in classroom management and leading interventions.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
