We are currently recruiting for HLTA’s to work across Cornwall in September.  

You will need to have a relevant HLTA qualification or recent experience working as a HLTA to be considered for the role.

We currently have schools across Cornwall who are looking for HLTA’s to work with small groups within the class doing interventions to help the students to catch up after being off over the summer holidays.  

We are looking for candidates who are confident and can build strong relationships quickly to help ensure that the students receive the best support possible when you are working with them. You will be expected to be a good role model and show good examples of teamwork. Organisational and time management skills are very important in this role as you will be responsible for helping to ensure the school day runs smoothly. You will be required to have excellent communication skills as you will be delivering work to students, you will also need to communicate with the class teacher about students’ progress.

We have both full time and part time roles available, and we can offer you flexible working patterns with an online diary where you can update your availability.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
