Job Description:
As a Full-Time Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the education and development of our students. Working closely with the teaching staff, your responsibilities will include:

Leading Small Groups: Lead targeted interventions and small group sessions to support students in their learning journey.

Curriculum Support: Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, adapting materials and activities to meet the diverse needs of the pupils.

Assessment: Help with the assessment of students' progress and provide valuable feedback to teachers.
-
Behavioral Support: Contribute to maintaining a positive classroom environment and supporting students with behavioral and emotional needs.

Special Education Needs (SEN) Support: Collaborate with our SEN team to ensure that all students, including those with SEN, receive the support they require.

Parental Engagement: Engage with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and encourage their involvement in their child's education.
Requirements:
-
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, if not a HLTA qualification.

Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably at a higher level.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Dedication to promoting the welfare and development of all students.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
