HLTA role - (Temporary with possibility of permanent contract)
Pay rate: £100 - £110 Per Day.
Full time
Role: HLTA
Are you looking for a highly active and involved role in which each day presents new opportunities, challenges and experiences? Perhaps you are seeking a rewarding role that will offer you the opportunity to go away each day knowing that you have made a positive impact upon the lives of children that need it. If this sounds like something that would appeal to you, then read on!
A large primary school located in Everton are currently looking to employ an experienced HLTA on a fixed-term contract starting from January 2025 with the view to last the academic year (with the possibility of this being made a permanent position).
The role itself would involve providing temporary cover for PPA and absences across both KS1 and KS2, therefore experience of working across both key stages would be beneficial. The school is currently rated GOOD by Ofsted and maintains an excellent reputation within the local area and community. At the heart of the school is a warm and welcoming culture underpinned by its own unique values and visions. Therefore, the ideal candidate would be capable of demonstrating these values throughout their teaching practice. Additionally, there is a higher-than-average proportion of disadvantaged pupils within the school, and as such, experience of working with children with SEN would benefit this role. This role would be suitable for an educator qualified at HLTA level (or equivalent), or potentially an Early Career Teacher who is keen to gain further experience across the primary phases before undertaking a full classroom teaching role.
If you feel you would be a good fit for the role, then please contact me by pressing “apply now”.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQ’s on the Teaching Personnel website for details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
