Permanent Head of Science Required for School in Northampton
The Permanent Workforce team are working with an SEMH school in Northampton, who are looking for a Head of Science on a full time basis. This is a permanent position beginning as soon as possible and salaried directly through the school.

Hours: Full Time (Mon-Fri)
Contract: Permanent
Start: ASAP
Salary: £30,980 - £42,545
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-run school, which is part of an excellent Multi Academy Trust and has schools across the country. You will be expected to undertake subject teaching responsibility and ensure all pupils develop their knowledge and skills and make good progress in their learning. You will also be expected to work with the Head Teacher and Leadership team to deliver a sequenced curriculum which builds knowledge and skills towards agreed end points.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS/PGCE) preferred but other recognised teaching qualification considered
- Experience of teaching to secondary class/group
- Ability to prepare and deliver appropriate curriculum using a range of teaching styles and methodologies.
- Experience within an SEN setting an advantage

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
