As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students across various subjects, assisting with lesson delivery and helping students with additional learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons across different subjects.
• Work with small groups or individual students to provide tailored support, helping them to grasp key concepts and achieve academic goals.
• Assist with classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Provide feedback on student progress to teachers and help monitor academic development.
• Support students with additional learning needs and help implement strategies to support their learning.

Requirements:

• A degree in any subject (ideally a 2:2 or above).
• A strong passion for education and working with young people.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• No formal teaching qualifications are required, but prior experience in a school or education-related setting is a bonus.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
