Graduate Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools in Southampton

Location: Southampton
Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary (with potential for permanent opportunities or flexible hours)
Start Date: Immediate or January 2024

The Role
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused on their work.
  • Support students with their learning and provide guidance as needed.
  • Gain invaluable experience in a range of subjects and classroom settings.
  • Work closely with teaching staff and the leadership team to maintain a positive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
