Teaching Personnel are looking for a hard-working individual to enrol onto a guaranteed work scheme (GWS) to support schools on a supply basis. The scheme is to ensure that you receive a regular income as well as providing the school with a regular supply teacher. The Head Teacher at one of the schools has specified that experience across both Key Stages is important as you would be expected to work from a flexible timetable.  The school does have a mixed catchment of children attending. There are high expectations for behaviour which is evident throughout the schools. The school would be looking to appoint someone for 3 days initially, with a view to increasing the days depending on their needs. The GWS scheme will commence after the October half-term & continue until the end of the Academic year.

Key Benefits from the Guaranteed Work Scheme:

  • Assurance that you will receive work in school.
  • You will receive income for at least the number of days that you make yourself available every week under the terms of the scheme.
  • You don’t have to manage relationships with multiple agencies.
  • Minimises your payroll administration and tax issues.
  • £83.85 - £100 per day

Key Benefits from working in the School:

  • The the lessons will be planned and prepared for you.
  • Support from members of the Senior Leadership Team.
