Graduate Cover Supervisor – Flexible Workforce

Location: Southampton
Salary: £95 - £110 per DAY 8AM-3PM (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary
Start Date: Immediate or January 2024

The Role
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Step into classrooms to cover lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students are on task.
  • Gain exposure to a variety of subjects and school environments.
  • Work flexibly across different schools in the Southampton area.
  • Build valuable classroom management skills and experience in a supportive role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
