Geography Secondary Teacher Full-time
Location: England, Greater London, Twickenham
Job Type: Permanent, expected to work full-time hours
Salary: £150 - £210 per day
Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons to secondary school students
- Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing feedback and support
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and student learning experience
- Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Geography or a related field
- Proven experience teaching Geography at the secondary level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Geography curriculum
- Effective classroom management skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners

Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
